This is not a comment. I live in Chicago USA and I am trying to find out if you have a boy whose name is Keith in your ICU. He was injured by a hit and run driver while playing in the playground at the school he attends with five other classmates. I understand 4 of his classmates have died due to injuries and Keith is in your ICU in a coma. I have donated twice for vaccines for him, I hope anyone who may read this may be able to help me find out his current condition. Thank you very much. Not a real hospital. Does not meet Western standards. Before considering any visit to Bislig there should be a serious consideration as to the ability of any qualified medical help being located here. The closest REAL hospital is over five hours away.
